Swivel base rotates 180 degrees before returning to its original position. This curvy chair provides lots of style & comfort. Please note: COM fabrics need to be backed and upholstery grade. All frames corner blocked. Products meet the requirements of the Bureau of Household Goods and Services Technical Bulletin No. 117-2013.
